MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired or lapsed memberships are subject to the joiner’s fee after 60 days. A joiners fee is a one time fee that is charged to the new members upon joining. The membership is continuous with a credit card or checking account. It is the responsibility of the member to report changes to credit card information(e.g. expiration date) to the Welcome Center. Accounts that cannot be billed are considered delinquent and will be terminated.

CANCELLATION
A 30 day written notice in person is required to cancel the membership. Please note: When cancelling your membership you must use the same name that is used on the membership application. We are not responsible for reimbursement of membership dues due to incorrect information (i.e. name, address and phone number).

Annual Memberships are non-refundable.

GUESTS

All guests must register at the Welcome Center upon entering the building. The Guest fees for Adult ($10), Youth 13-17 yrs ($5) and Children 12 and younger ($3). ID maybe required.

BABYSITTING

Babysitting is FREE of Charge for children ages 3 and up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Babysitting hours are Monday thru Thursday 5:30 pmĀ  to 8:30 pm. Parents of children in babysitting must remain in the building. Babysitting cards can be obtained at the Welcome Center. Unattended children must not be left in the lobby area. The lobby area is a waiting area for members and guests and should not be considered an alternative to babysitting.
